UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Tuesday, April 19, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:06pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Wednesday, March 23, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Contract for JJ’s was signed for them to do grass and brush cutting along roads for 2022.  Roads inspection date was set for May 7, 2022 @ 8am. Meeting place will be Hay Creek Pallet Correspondence:  None The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, May 11, 2022 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
