April 19, 2022 Town of Hiles Annual Meeting 2022 Unofficial Minutes Town of Hiles Annual Meeting Tuesday, April 19, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County The Town of Hiles Annual Meeting was called to order by Chairman Tom Gardnerat 6p.m. Present were Town Electors— Thomas Gardner, Jeff Costigan, Mark Gudel, Kimm Wojtalewicz, and Soraya Krostag. No others were Present. Minutes of the April 20, 2021, Annual Meeting were presented. Motion made by Gudel and seconded by Costigan to dispense with the reading of the minutes and approve as presented. There was no discussion. Motion carried. The 2022 Annual Wages was presented and reviewed.  Chief Election Inspector wage will Be increasing from $12 to $20 and Poll workers wages will be increased from $10 to $15 increase will take effect immediately  Reviewed wages for board members. o Treasurer, Chairman and supervisors stay the same Clerks Wages will increase for 2023- 2025 term to $1000 a quarter. Moved by Costigan and seconded by Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report to the Electors--2021 Town of Hiles Annual Meeting  Rest of Hay Creek Road will be paved with year  New gravel will be laid where needed  Koppen Rd will be paved if Town of Dexter will pave their half  Mowing and brush cutting will be done  Chip sealing and crack filling will be done where needed this year Date for next Annual Meeting is tentatively set for the 3rd Tuesday of April, 2023.
