UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, March 23, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:02pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Monday, February 09, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Audit 2021 Clerk & Treasurer Records o Board found books are reconciled  Spring Primary preparations o Discussed needing poll workers for future dates  Roads Correspondence:  Chairman Gardner shared pricing from Red Rock Granite  Discussed tornado awareness  Clerk Wojtalewicz let board members know that there would be a recycling meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 to vote new secretary in due to recent vacancy. Discussed who would be attending meeting. The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Tuesday, April 19 following annual meeting. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
