UNOFFICIAL MINUTES Town of Hiles Board Meeting Wednesday, February, 9, 2022 Hiles Town Hall, Wood County Chairman Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:02pm. Present were: Chairman Tom Gardner, Supervisor Jeff Costigan Supervisor Mark Gudel, Treasure Soraya Krostag and Clerk Kimm Wojtalewicz. Other: None The minutes of the Monday, January 26, 2022 Hiles Town Board meeting were presented. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s report for September was presented. Moved by Supervisor Costigan and seconded by Supervisor Gudel to approve as presented. Motion carried.  Discussed ARPA Funds  Discussed needing to update Automark for voting. Old Machines will no longer be able to be updated will no longwe be able to use. Cost of new machine is $3500. Will udate later this year or early next year. Correspondence:  Town hall will be rented March 13th The bills were presented for payment. Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to make all payments as presented. Motion carried. Next Town of Hiles Board Meeting will be Wednesday, March 23 @ 6pm Moved by Supervisor Gudel and seconded by Supervisor Costigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
