NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Mishicot Plan Commission will hold a
public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30 th, 2024 , in the Mishicot V illage Hall, 511 E
Main Street, Mishicot on the rezoning request from Roy & Lorane Krizizke for parcel 035-236-013-
001.00 (225 Dollar Lane) from the Manitowoc County zoning jurisdiction’s General Agriculture
District (GA) to the Village’s Single & Two Family Residential District (R -2) for the purpose of
constructing a single family residence on Lot 3 of the Krajniks Subd. No. 1. This parcel was annexed
on September 3, 2024.
