Manitowoc County Board of Adjustment — Agenda

NOTICE OF MEETING There will be a meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Manitowoc County Office Complex, Conference Rooms 300 & 301 located at 4319 Expo Drive, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, to review the conditional use permit of KRR Enterprise LLC and complaints, possible violations and permit compliance regarding same. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the Town of Gibson Town Board may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to listen, gather information, observe and participate by presenting the town’s views on the noticed subject matter. If a majority of any such body is present, their presence constitutes a “meeting” under the Open Meeting laws as interpreted in State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553 (1991), even though the visiting body will take no decision action at this meeting. This notice is posted in accordance with Open Meetings Law.
