Open House and Public Hearing Record Public Hearing for the Town of Gibson 20 Year Growth Comprehensive Plan Update A public hearing to obtain public comment and input correspondent to the adoption by ordinance of the Town of Gibson 20-Year Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan Update was conducted by the Town of Gibson Plan Commission (at the direction of the Town Board) on September 9, 2026. The hearing was opened by the Commission Chairman Argall at 7:00 p.m. Members present: John Rabitz, Leigh Coenen, Sydney Herman, and Duane Argall. Members excused: David DeRosier and Kathleen Kudick. Quorum present. An explanation of the purpose was provided by the Commission Chairman. Notice of Public Hearing had been posted in accordance with Chapter 985 of the Wisconsin Statutes and sent to appropriate parties as evidenced by Affidavits of Posting/Mailing on file. Commission Chairman Argall then presented a summary of the plan update including Resolution 2026-5 and Ordinance No. 2026-6 Updating the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Town of Gibson. Following the presentation, comments and questions were accepted from those in attendance. There were no written comments presented or verbal comments recorded. Hearing closed at 7:15 p.m.
