Town Board Meeting — Agenda

AUGUST 18, 2026 TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING The August 18, 2026 meeting of the Town of Gibson was called to order by Chairperson Steven Rahmlow at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Chairperson Rahmlow, Supervisor Rabitz, Supervisor Argall, and Clerk/Treasurer Herman were present. Others in attendance: Bill Herman, Mike Zelinski, Mike Taddy, John & Mary Zellner, Andrew Zellner, Pam Felde, Dennis O’Connor, Jim Keil, John & Mary Johnson Pledge of Allegiance recited and Open Meeting Law Compliance verified. Lover’s Lane – Johnson Proposal – Discussion held on Lover’s Lane flooding issues. Landowners given opportunity to provide their comments on flood history, effects and possible solutions. Taddy gave history on past flooding and thoughts on location of Johnson home. Johnson spoke of culvert usage history and effects; use of engineer; keeping more water on south side of road. Keil spoke of two culverts from south side of road to their driveways. Mary Johnson spoke of driveway relief culvert size. Mary Zellner spoke of flooding issues this spring. John Zellner suggested old map and minute review; gave information on prior culvert placement in original design of road, history of various culvert sizes and placement on road, use of engineer; states Chad Bolle and Bob Grassell also want action taken; WPS aggregate used also questioned. O’Connor – use engineer, water should stay in ditch on south side; Felde agrees with O’Connor. Chairman stated any action would need to be professionally engineered and acceptable to all parties. Board will put matter on September agenda. Motion by Rabitiz, second by Argall, to adjourn. All voting aye, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Linda S.
