Call to order, Roll call and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Verify compliance with Open Meetings Law. 3. Discuss and possibly act on: a. Water drainage issue on Michael Herzog property on Melnik Road 4. Adjournment. The public may provide comments to the Town Board if a period for public comment is noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the presiding officer.
