AUGUST 12, 2026 TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING The August 12, 2026 meeting of the Town of Gibson was called to order by Chairperson Steven Rahmlow at 5:36 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Chairperson Rahmlow, Supervisor Rabitz, Supervisor Argall, and Clerk/Treasurer Herman were present. Others in attendance: Attorney Paul Dirkse, William Herman, Michael Herzog and Dave Wetenkamp - Manitowoc County Soil and Water Conservation Department. Pledge of Allegiance recited and Open Meeting Law Compliance verified. Water drainage issue – Michael Herzog property on Melnik Road – Discussion held on proposed cost-share agreement, bids and grant program documents shared by Herzog. Attorney Dirkse distributed draft of Erosion Control Agreement which was reviewed and discussed. Herzog left the meeting at 6:26 p.m. and Wetenkamp left at 6:28 p.m. The remainder of the draft agreement was reviewed to the satisfaction of the town board. Motion by Argall, second by Rabitz to have Atty Dirkse revise the Erosion Control Agreement per the Board’s discussion, obtain the signatures of Chair Rahmlow and Clerk/Treasurer Herman and then send it to Mr. Herzog for his approval by the end of the month.
