Town Board Meeting — Agenda

JULY 14, 2026 The July 14, 2026 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Steven Rahmlow at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and open meetings law compliance was verified. Chairperson Steven Rahmlow, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Duane Argall, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Others in attendance: Dalton Masker of AJ Construction (contractor for TDS Telecom). Motion by Argall, second by Rabitz, to adopt agenda in any order. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. TDS Telecom Utility Permit – Maps of installation area were reviewed. Discussion with Dalton Masker regarding installation, including his guarantee that lines will not be put on private property – only in town right of way. Masker also informed board that he had the boulders on Harpt Lake Road from a previous installation removed. Motion by Rabitz, second by Argall to approve the TDS Utility Permit for work presented. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Old Y Culvert – West of Parkway – Discussion and review of photos of culvert condition. Culvert will need to be replaced. Rabitz will work on proposal for August meeting. Motion by Rabitz, second by Argall to adjourn. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m. Linda S. Herman, Town Clerk
