NOTICE TOWN OF GIBSON PLAN COMMISSION MEETING ADVISORY AND ON-SITE MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2026 5:30 P.M. PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Plan Commission hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of Agenda – “Open Meeting Law Compliance” 3. Approval April 30, 2026 meeting minutes 4. Craig Troullier – Rezoning Request (Parcel No. 006-027-011-000.00). On -site visit of Morreau property if desired. 5. Luke Cisler – Rezoning Request (Parcel No. 006-021-016-001.00). On-site visit of Cisler property if desired. 6. Return to town hall for discussion and possible action – approval/denial of requests. 7. Snow Policy Removal Review 8. Review draft conditions to be added to 20 Year Plan to Chapter 3 recommendations #6 for businesses (including data centers) proposed to locate within the Town 9. Other Business 10. Next Meeting Date 11. Adjournment It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the Town Board of Gibson may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to listen, observe and participate. No action will be taken by any other governmental body except by the governing body noticed above. This notice is posted in accordance with Open Meetings Law.
