NOTICE TOWN OF GIBSON PLAN COMMISSION MEETING ADVISORY AND ON-SITE MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2026 5:00 P.M. PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Plan Commission hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of Agenda – “Open Meeting Law Compliance” 3. Approval March 19, 2026 meeting minutes 4. Randy Miller – Rezoning Request (Parcel No. 006-002-016-000.00). On -site visit of Miller property if desired. Return to town hall for discussion and possible action – approval/denial of request. 5. Snow Policy Removal 6. Discussion – how to incorporate conditions into Plan pertaining to new businesses 7. Other Business 8. Next Meeting Date 9. Adjournment It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the Town Board of Gibson may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to listen, observe and participate.
