Town Board Meeting — Minutes

APRIL 11, 2026 The April 11, 2026 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Steven Rahmlow at 8:00 a.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and open meetings law compliance was verified. Chairperson Steven Rahmlow, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Duane Argall, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Motion by Argall, second by Rabitz, to adopt agenda in any order. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Tisch Mills Fire Department – Contract for April 16, 2026 to December 31, 2026 was presented and discussed. Motion by Rabitz, second by Argall, to approve and execute the Tisch Mills Fire Department Contract with the cost freeze for 2026 at 2025 rate of $54,644.84. All voting aye, motion carried. Mishicot Fire Department – update/proposal – Rahmlow presented information and update on the fire department issues, including ambulance service rent matter, and his continued research with various other departments. A meeting was held on April 8, 2026 between the Town of Gibson and the Town and Village of Mishicot to discuss a proposal letter to Mishicot Fire Department from the three municipalities with various future contract requirements needing to be met. Letter will be drafted, approved by village attorney and sent to boards for their discussion and approval before it is sent. Motion by Argall, second by Rabitz to adjourn.
