December 22, 2025. All members voted aye, motion passed.
Chairman D. Argall then opened the discussion handing out the rezoning application
and surveyor’s map dated 1/5/2026 prepared for him. Everyone read over the
rezoning application and a certified survey map; then Jason Kittell explained, using the
map provided, a good explanation of what he is requesting for his parcels: clean up
the lot-lines between lots 1 and 2. J. Kittell resides on lot 2 and his neighbor on lot 1.
A garage owned by J. Kittell, according to the surveyor is not entirely in lot 1. The
neighbor agreed to allow the lot-line between them to be changed to include the
entire garage and tract of land extending the length of the lot-line for an exchange of
acreage approximately the same size zoned rural residential to the West of lot 1.
In addition, J. Kittell is requesting lot 3 and lot 4 to be rezoned from large Estate (LE) to
Rural Residential (RR). The acreage surrounding these 2 lots are zoned LE and RR.
After the discussion was completed; and no one had additional questions, Chairman
D. Argall asked for a motion to approve or deny this application. A motion by S.
Chalupny to approve the Rezoning Application for J. Kittell to rezone lots 3 and 4 to be
