PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Plan Commission hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of November 19, 2025 meeting minutes 3. Approval of Agenda – “Open Meeting Law Compliance” 4. New Business – a. On-site Visit – Kathleen Kudick – Owner of property at 6530 W. Zander Road, (Parcel No. 006-005-011-000.00) in the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Sec. 5, T. 21N, R 23 E, Town of Gibson, Rezoning Request. b. Return to town hall for discussion and possible action - approval/denial of request. 5. Other Business 6. Next Meeting Date 8.
