NOTICE TOWN OF GIBSON BUILDING COMMITTEE DATE AND TIME: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2025 6:00 P.M. PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Building Committee hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: I. Opening A. Call to Order B. Welcome and Introductions  Welcome committee members  Roll call of members in attendance  Brief introductions of all members C. Review and Approval of Agenda II. Establishing the Framework A. Review of Committee’s Mission  Discuss the official purpose and goals of the committee B. Appointment of Officers  Elect/appoint a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary C. Review of Policies/Procedures  Go over operational guidelines and how committee will function III. New Business A. Discuss what the committee’s initial focus will be B. Begin outlining specific, measurable goals for the committee’s work C. Discussion Items  Open discussion on other initial topics as needed IV. Closing A. Action Items and Assignments B. Set Date and Time of Next Meeting C. Adjournment It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the Town Board of Gibson may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to listen, observe and participate.
