NOTICE TOWN OF GIBSON PLAN COMMISSION MEETING ADVISORY AND POSSIBLE ON-SITE MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025 6:30 P.M. PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Plan Commission hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of July 24, 2025 meeting minutes 3. Approval of Agenda – “Open Meeting Law Compliance” 4. Joseph Kurscheidt – Owner of property at 1132 Hillview Road, in the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Sec. 24, T. 21N, R 23 E, Town of Gibson, Variance Request. b. Decision will be made if on-site visit is necessary. c. If visit necessary, it will be conducted and commission will return to town hall. 5. New Business 6. Other Business 7. Next Meeting Date 8.
