NOTICE TOWN OF GIBSON PLAN COMMISSION MEETING ADVISORY AND ON-SITE MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: THURSDAY, JULY 24, 2025 6:30 P.M. PLACE: GIBSON TOWN HALL, 14920 COUNTY ROAD Q MISHICOT, WISCONSIN The Town of Gibson Plan Commission hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. The following matters may be considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of June 26, 2025 meeting minutes 3. Approval of Agenda – “Open Meeting Law Compliance” 4. New Business – a. On-site Visit – Joseph Kurscheidt – Owner of property at 1132 Hillview Road, in the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Sec. 24, T. 21N, R 23 E, Town of Gibson, Rezoning Request. b. Return to town hall. 5. Adjournment It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of the Town Board of Gibson may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to listen, observe and participate.
