Town of Gibson Plan Commission Meeting Minutes 1/16/2025 Chairman Argall called the meeting to order 7:04 Plan Commission Members Present: Duane Argall, John Rabbits, Leigh Coenen, Steven Rahmlow, David Derosier Absent: Christa Steeber, Scott Chalupny November 4th meeting minutes motion by David second by Leigh all voted aye Zoning Ordinance Duane gave an update on the Revised Zoning Ordinance Farm Land Preservation Update Not Changing Badger land Duane invited them to the meeting /no show/ still no update Town Plan Commission Seat up for renewal 1 year term John Rabbits and Scott Chalupny they will stay on 2 year term David Derosier and Leigh Coenen they will stay on Next meeting To be determined Adjournment Motion made by David and second by John at 7:56 to Adjourn Respectively submitted Steven Rahmlow
