Town Board Meeting — Minutes

DECEMBER 12, 2024 The December 12, 2024 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Richard Wegner at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and open meetings law compliance was verified. Chairperson Richard Wegner, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Steven Rahmlow, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Others in attendance: Duane Argall Motion by Rabitz, second by Rahmlow, to adopt agenda in any order. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Town Finances – Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, to adopt Resolution 2024-8 Local Government Investment Pool. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Building Permits, Rezoning Requests, Conditional Use Permits, and Variances – A review was conducted of various existing and proposed ordinances and policies relating to permits. After discussion of proposed documents from Duane Argall and the planning commission, clerk will finalize and present updated documents to board for final review. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, to adjourn. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m. Linda S. Herman, Town Clerk
