TOWN OF GIBSON TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: Monday, December 2, 2024 immediately following budget hearing which begins at 6:30 p.m. and special electors meeting that follows budget hearing PLACE: Gibson Town Hall, 14920 County Road Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin The Town Board of the Town of Gibson, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. Notice of this public meeting has been provided to news media as required by Wis. Stat. §19.84. The public may provide comments to the town board if a period for public comment is noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the presiding officer. The meeting is open to the public, but portions of the meeting may be closed if this notice indicates that the board may convene in closed session. The following matters may be discussed, considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to order/Roll call/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Agenda deletions/ Approve agenda in any order/Open meetings law compliance verification. 3. Approval of November 4, 18, and 21, 2024 meeting minutes after any necessary corrections. 4. Next meeting date January 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS. Time limit of 3 minutes per person will be imposed. 6. BUILDING, ZONING & CULVERT PERMITS Note: Zoning request changes must be made prior to meeting allowing for proper notification. a) Clerk’s report – building permits issued 7. TOWN BOARD/REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS/COMMUNICATIONS: a. Rabitz – updates on calls/activities during prior month b. Rahmlow – updates on calls/activities during prior month c. Herman –current financials/report of last month’s financial activity/communications received/updates on calls/activities during prior month d. Wegner – updates on calls/activities during prior month/ambulance service/recycle center e. County Representative Falkowski – update on county board activities 8. Snowplowing –all matters relating to snowplowing/ice control 9. 2025 Budget – approve and adopt budget summary 10. Joint Powers Agreement with Manitowoc County 11. Lover’s Lane -culvert issues/WPS matter 12. Cedar Springs Dairy – manure pipeline 13. Ditch Spraying 14. Herzog – Claim - update 15. Rockledge Bridge Replacement – update 16. Road/Bridge Projects –Various/Updates - ROW tree issues/2024 bridge inspection reports 17. General Fund – Designation 18. Old Y Road – potential project update 19. Planning Commission – update/building permit ordinance/proposed comprehensive plan amendment 20. Town Hall – grounds/landscaping maintenance/cable in ditch 21. Town Finances – money markets/Shipbuilders Credit Union – certificate maturity 22. Liquor & Operator’s Licenses – Clerk report on operator’s permits issued 23.
