Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF GIBSON NOVEMBER 21, 2024 MINUTES The November 21, 2024 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Richard Wegner at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and open meetings law compliance was verified. Chairperson Richard Wegner, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Steven Rahmlow, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Others in attendance: William Herman, Ryan Collins, Nathan Schleis, Devin Schleis, John Zellner, Shaun Wendt and Marcus Kolarik. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, to adopt agenda in any order. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Snowplowing – Insurance coverage of MCK Customs LLC discussed. Kolarik insurance agent contacted clerk on November 20, 2024 and stated requested general liability coverage for MCK Customs LLC to plow town roads would be difficult to obtain so quickly. At 4:29 p.m. on November 21, 2024 clerk was notified by insurance company that coverage for MCK Customs LLC was found and has coverage bound. Kolarik stated a clerical error by insurance company resulted in confusion regarding the purpose of coverage. Clerk will followup with insurance company for the policy number and to verify the 3rd truck was added to the policy. Timing of sending plows out and board contact member also discussed. Matter will be on December 2, 2024 agenda. Motion by Rabitz, second by Rahmlow, to adjourn. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m. Linda S. Herman, Town Clerk
