Town of Gibson Plan Commission Meeting Minutes 11/19/2024 Chairman Argall called the meeting to order 7:00pm Plan Commission Members Present: Duane Argall, Scott Chalupny, John Rabbits, Leigh Coenen, Steven Rahmlow, David Derosier Absent: Christa Steeber June 18th Amended meetings minutes motion by Dave second by John all voted aye August 20th meeting minutes motion by Dave second by Scoott all voted aye Zoning Ordinance Add culverts 18 x 40 for Agriculture Cultural Features Resolutions The resolution to approve the 20 Year Plan for Culture Aspects was approved by a majority vote of members with no one voting nay. Badgerland Zero update Junk Ordinance After a good and challenging discussion, the team decided it was best to leave the ordinance as is. After review, it contains all the information as written for residents to understand what is expected. Enforcement would occur if a resident filed a complaint on another’s property as not being in compliance. The Town Board would then need to enforce the ordinance by written notice or provide written notice to the Manitowoc County Parks and Planning to do the enforcement. A motion was made by Dave and second by John to not revise the ordinance at this time. Motion passed unanimously.
