Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF GIBSON NOVEMBER 18, 2024 MINUTES The November 18, 2024 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Richard Wegner at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and open meetings law compliance was verified. Chairperson Richard Wegner, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Steven Rahmlow, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Others in attendance: Shaun Wendt and Marcus Kolarik Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, to adopt agenda in any order. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Snowplowing – Insurance coverage of MCK Customs LLC discussed. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, that MCK Customs LLC have certificate of insurance to town clerk by 4:00 p.m. on November 19, 2024 for the 2024/2025 season ending May 15, 2025, or the town will move on with Bielinski Excavating proposal. All voting aye, motion carried. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, to adjourn. All voting aye by voice vote, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m. Linda S. Herman, Town Clerk
