TOWN OF GIBSON TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE DATE AND TIME: Monday, October 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. PLACE: Gibson Town Hall, 14920 County Road Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin The Town Board of the Town of Gibson, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice, agenda of the public meeting set forth above pursuant to §19.84, Wis. Stats. Notice of this public meeting has been provided to news media as required by Wis. Stat. §19.84. The public may provide comments to the town board if a period for public comment is noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the presiding officer. The meeting is open to the public, but portions of the meeting may be closed if this notice indicates that the board may convene in closed session. The following matters may be discussed, considered and acted upon at the meeting: 1. Call to order/Roll call/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Agenda deletions/ Approve agenda in any order/Open meetings law compliance verification. 3. Approval of September 3, 2024 meeting minutes after any necessary corrections. 4. Next meeting date November 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS. Time limit of 3 minutes per person will be imposed. 6. BUILDING, ZONING & CULVERT PERMITS Note: Zoning request changes must be made prior to meeting allowing for proper notification. a) Clerk’s report – building permits issued b) NSight – utility permit 7. Mishicot School District Representative – referendum presentation 9. Old Y Road – potential project update 10. Bridge Aid – 2023/2024 Application presentation/execution 11. Maribel Fire Department – 2025 contract 12. Lover’s Lane – WI Public Service - update 13. Planning Commission – update/building permit ordinance 14. Town Hall – grounds/landscaping maintenance; cable in ditch 15. Town Budget/ levy- increase – necessary workshop and hearing meeting dates 16. Town Finances – money markets/certificates of deposit 17. 2024 Culvert Projects – update 18. Rabitz Road Projects – project updates 19. Ditch Cutting/Spraying 20.
