TOWN OF GIBSON MARCH 14, 2024 MINUTES The March 14, 2024 meeting of the Town of Gibson Town Board was called to order by Chairperson Richard Wegner at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 14920 CTH Q, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Chairperson Richard Wegner, Supervisor Don Rabitz, Supervisor Steven Rahmlow, and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Herman were present. Michael Herzog Property – water issue. Short discussion on receipt of Herzog email. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz, that Town Chairperson and Town Clerk/Treasurer meet with Attorney Michael Lambert to seek legal advice and assistance on this matter. All voting aye, motion carried. Motion by Rahmlow, second by Rabitz to adjourn. All voting aye, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m. Linda S. Herman, Town Clerk
