AGENDA FOR TOWN OF MANITOWOC February 9, 2026 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of the Agenda Approval of January meeting minutes. Public comments or concerns – Financial Report – review and sign - Old Business Roads – LRIP – Application was submitted. Do the Clerks have a copy for our records? IT Update – Final decision on Town E-mail service. Watermain – Any updates. Driveway Length Markers – Will update in April. Address Marker – Will update in April. Back up generator – Gathering information. New Business Permits – Utility Permits – Permit are granted yearly, but we asked all to submit projects to keep us up to date. Many are to replace or update current service. Correspondence – Bill for plowing and chemical application for January from Manitowoc County Highway Depart. Roughly $4, 145. Dog License Costs – Current cost vs fees we can charge. Building Permits – Current costs vs fees changed. IT – computers Watermain – A drainage issue arose surrounding the drainage of water on the east side of South 26th Street. Severl residents have expressed concern regarding this issue. City of Manitowoc has been contacted. Constables report Supervisors closing comments. Clerk/Treasurer closing comments. Coming month agenda and items of interest – WTA Meeting at Farm Discovery Center on Feb. 28, 2026. March 12, Wisconsin Asphalt Pavers Association in Appleton. Next WTA County Unit Meeting will be March 19, 2026, Town of Manitowoc Rapids is hosting. Road School in Wisconsin Dells April 27 – 29th Annual Convention in Stevens Point on October 4-6th. Next meeting will be March 9, 2026, 7:00 PM.
