AGENDA FOR TOWN OF MANITOWOC May 12, 2025 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of the Agenda Approval of April meeting minutes. Public comments or concerns Financial Report – review and sign Old Business Roads – Goodwin and Koeppel Lane. Have the pothole at the intersection of Johnson and Goodwin, and shouldering at that corner been repaired? Goodwin Road and Highway Q intersection safety issue update. IT Update – New website is up and running. It still needs to be updated. New laptops, and Quickbooks. Watermain update – Discuss annual meeting. Possible future meetings with the City. Citizen group has got together on April 29, to voice their concerns to the City of Manitowoc and the Wisconsin Public Service Commission. Jenny Road approval for open cut if residents approve. Correspondence – E-mail and phone calls to get pricing on Goodwin Road and Koeppel Lane from the County. New Business Permits – New submissions Correspondence and calls - E-mail through new website leading to several phone calls regarding the construction on Jenny Road. Citizen concerned about permitting and look of the situation. Road School Report – What took place at the WTA Road School. Phone call and text from a City bus driver regarding weight limits on Johnston Drive and alternate routes as highway 42 is being rebuilt. Open Book – How many inquiries did we have? For reference open book is a class 1 notification and has to be posted at three locations 15 days prior to the meeting date,(Wis 70.75) or 30 days in years of revaluation. (Wis. 70.47 (2)) Not less than 7 days later the Board of Review meeting should be scheduled. (Our open book was 5-2-25, BOR is 5-22-25.) Constables report Supervisors closing comments. Clerk/Treasurer closing comments. Coming month agenda and items of interest – WTA Meeting - May 15, K-City Pub Kellnersville. Wisconsin Town Officials Workshop – May 16, Rock Garden, Green Bay Board of Review - Thursday, May 22, at Silver Creek Fire Station October 12-14 is the Wisconsin Town Association Convention Next meeting will be June 9, 7:00 PM.
