AGENDA FOR TOWN OF MANITOWOC April 14, 2024 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of the Agenda Approval of Feb. and March meeting minutes. Public comments or concerns Financial Report – review and sign Old Business Roads – I was told the sign was ordered for the intersection of Jenny Road and Cimeron Court. IT Update – New website is up and running. We need to determine who will be updating it and maintaining it. Watermain update – E-mail from Greg Minikel City engineer regarding the watermain on the east side of South 26th Street from Jenny Road to Silver Creek Road. Correspondence – I signed a contract from Calumet County to do the painting of centerlines on our roads. New Business Permits – Request from WPS for a Right of Way permit. Election – Any issues? Correspondence – Bill from the county for plowing in Feb. Roughly $3060. Questions to the WTA attorneys. 1.Sharing of accounting software. 2. Pay for deputies for training and extra meetings. 3. Compensation of the Board. State Statue 60.32, and e-mail from WTA attorney. Call regarding a pothole at intersection of Johnson and Goodwin, also shouldering the corner there. Call from Northeast Asphalt regarding weight limits on Woodlawn Drive. Restoration project taking place. Weight limits do not come off this road at all during anytime of the year. Inquiry by Brooke Neuser, off the new website, regarding the zoning of construction of Tiny Home. Referred her to Planning and Zoning. Call from Jacob Holsbach regarding a driveway permit. SLFRF training on ARPA fund reporting. I think I have it all taken care of. Constables report Supervisors closing comments. Clerk/Treasurer closing comments. Coming month agenda and items of interest – Wisconsin Asphalt Pavement Association – Tiber Rattlers Stadium, April 14, at 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM. Spring Road School, April 21 – 23 at Chula Vista. WTA Meeting May 15, K-City Pub Kellnersville. October 12-14 is the Wisconsin Town Association Convention Next meeting will be May 12, 7:00 PM.
