AGENDA FOR TOWN OF MANITOWOC February 10, 2024 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of the Agenda Approval of last month’s meeting minutes. Public comments or concerns –. Financial Report – review and sign Old Business Roads – updates. IT Update – Town Web –signed and returned on January 14, 2025. Plan on starting to work with them on or around March 1, 2025. Watermain update – The city would like to open cut the freshly paved Jenny Road to install the watermain. Correspondence – On January 20 the Board of Adjustment approved the Holschbach case for a duplex on Cimarron Court. New Business Permits - Election – Primary is Feb. 18. Correspondence – Bertram Communications is requesting our support for placing fiber optic and internet service within the Township. They are requesting a letter of support and meeting minutes to use to support their grant application. Trees on Woodland Drive. Ours, Town of Two Rivers, City of Manitowoc? Call from a concerned resident stating that the dead end reflector at the end of Jenny off of Cimarron is missing after the watermain work. Bill from Manitowoc County for snow plowing. $1156 for December. More problems with frisbees hitting neighbor’s property at Too Extremes. Kristy’s decision on the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer position. Employment contract? Hours so far? Constables report Supervisors closing comments. Clerk/Treasurer closing comments. Coming month agenda and items of interest – April WTA meeting at Farmer Discovery Center. Next meeting will be March 10, 7:00 PM.
