Financial Report – review and sign Old Business Roads – updates. IT Update – Town Web – need another motion. Contract is for 3 years. Watermain update – PSCW update. Pre-construction meeting, construction starting in January. Correspondence – Letter from the City regarding watermain construction. Attorney bill. New Business Permits - Election – Were all nomination papers been turned in? Correspondence – Bill from Manitowoc County for crack filling and snow plowing. Forwarded to Clerk/Treasurer. December 16, Attended Board of Adjustment meeting at Planning and Zoning regarding the request by Holschbach Enterprises to build a duplex on Cimmeron Court. Applicant requested a postponement. Next meeting is Monday, January 20, 7:00 PM at Planning and Zoning off of Expo Drive. Text from Kristy and call made to Mike Mecca regarding a proposed land deal so he can put in a private drive to his shop. He will call so we can meet and look at his proposal. This will need to come before the Board when we know the details. Wisconsin Town Association meeting and training March 22, 2025 from 8AM to 3PM, includes BOR training. Who will attend? Employment contract and training discussion regarding Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Constables report Supervisors closing comments. Clerk/Treasurer closing comments. Coming month agenda and items of interest – I will be out of state from January 17 until mid in February. WTA meeting Thursday, January 16 at K-City pub Kellnersville. Next meeting will be February 10, 7:00 PM.
