Closed Session Meeting — Minutes

DRAFT TOWN BOARD MEETING September 8, 2026 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened into open session on September 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Town Hall for the purpose of transacting business as the Town Board. Town Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. Roll Call: Chairman Joe Havlovitz, Sup. Antony Shibler, Sup. Michael Luebke and Clerk Susan Kornely. Roadman Paul Nelesen was present. No residents were present. The agenda has been publicly noticed at one posting site and on the town website. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Luebke, moved to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed. On a motion by Chairman Havlovitz and seconded by Sup. Shibler, moved to convene into closed session for performance evaluation and compensation of public employees under Sec. 19.85(1)(c). Roll Call Vote: Sup. Luebke-yes, Sup. Shibler-yes and Chairman Havlovitz-yes. 90-day performance evaluation with the use of the Roadman Training Checklist. Next evaluation will be a 6-month review and possible wage evaluation. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Luebke, moved to reconvene to open session. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Chairman Havlovitz, moved to adjourn. Motion passed.
