PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING – November 11, 2025
The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened
in open session on November 11, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, for the Public
Budget Hearing. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman Joe Havlovitz.
Fifteen residents were in attendance, including board. The purpose of the meeting was to
review and answer questions on the proposed 2026 Budget. On a motion by Sup. Shibler
and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
