Closed Session Meeting — Minutes

TOWN BOARD MEETING October 24, 2025 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened into open session on October 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at the Town Hall for the purpose of transacting business as the Town Board. Town Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. Roll Call: Chairman Joe Havlovitz, Sup. Nick Propson, Sup. Anthony Shibler, and Clerk Susan Kornely. No others were present. No residents were present. The agenda has been publicly noticed at one posting site and on the town website. On a motion by Sup. Propson and seconded by Sup. Shibler, moved to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to convene into closed session to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public property or conducting other specific public business when competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Sec. 19.85(1)(e) of the Wis. Statutes. Roll Call Vote: Chairman Havlovitz-yes, Sup. Propson-yes and Sup. Shibler-yes. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to reconvene to open session. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to adjourn. Motion passed.
