Plan Commission Meeting Minutes – June 10, 2025 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM on June 10, 2025 at the Town of Cooperstown Hall by Chairman David Blakeslee. Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Chairman Pam Kouba, Secretary/Member Susan Kornely, Members: David Blakeslee, Pat Hickey, Nick Propson, Pam Kouba and Susan Kornely. Others in attendance: Andrew and Abigail Wiltman, Kelly Kane On a motion by Nick Propson and seconded by David Blakeslee, moved to approve October 26, 2023 Plan Commission minutes. Motion passed. On a motion by Nick Propson and seconded by David Blakeslee, moved to approve May 23, 2024 Plan Commission minutes. Motion passed. On a motion by Nick Propson and seconded by David Blakeslee, moved to approve May 28, 2025 Plan Commission minutes. Motion passed. Citizen input: The Plan Commission reviewed the rezone request of Andrew and Abigail Wiltman, dated 4/29/2025. The existing property located at 17001 Herold Rd, Denmark, is currently zoned EA (Exclusive Ag) with a parcel of 40 acres. The petitioner is asking to rezone 20 acres of property to GA (General Ag), with the intension of building a new home. On a motion by Nick Propson and David Blakeslee, moved to approve the request to change the 20 acres for the 40 acres to GA and send it to the Town Board for approval. Motion passed.
