TOWN OF COOPERSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF REZONE REQUEST FROM ETHAN AND CAYLA BINISH The Town of Cooperstown Plan Commission with hold a meeting on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cooperstown Town Hall on CTH Z to review and consider a rezone request with a recommendation to the Cooperstown Town Board as submitted and related to Parcel 00303201500000. The rezone request is to change the current zoning from Large Estate (LE) to General Agriculture (GA) with the intent to build a shop for the farm and a hair salon with a mix use tank. A conditional use permit will still need to be issued by the County for the business. An on- site review of the property at 13307 Rameker Road will occur at 6:00 p.m. on May 23, 2024 by Plan Commission members.
