TOWN BOARD MEETING April 24, 2024 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened in open session on April 24, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., at the Town Hall for the purpose of a Road Review and Town Board meeting to follow. Town Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:44 p.m. Pledge of allegiance. Roll Call: Chairman David Blakeslee, Sup. Hank Kouba, Sup. Anthony Shibler, Clerk Susan Kornely. No others present. The agenda has been publicly noticed at the one posting site and on the town website. Road Review- The Board traveled the roads in the Town of Cooperstown reviewing roads, ditches and culvert conditions and gathering information for 2024 maintenance. No action taken while on the road review. The Board met at the Town Hall at approximately 7:44 p.m., following the road review. Discussion and action on information gathered from road, ditch, shoulder, and culvert review- the Board discussed Zander Road from Pleasant to Hwy T- shoulder and wedging. Cooperstown Rd Hwy T to Rosecrans Rd shoulder and wedging. Fisherville Rd from Pantzlaff Rd to CTH T chipsealing and wedging. Discussion on the end of Pleasant Road heaved pavement. Discussion on rebuilding Pleasant Road from Fisherville Rd to Habeck Farm. No action. Chairman Blakeslee will cover culverts and ditching needed in the town with Roadman Kasten. Future agenda: May 14th : Discussion and action on 50/50 County Culvert Program (ARPA), Discussion and action on ditching & Discussion and action on bids received, 4 Year Road Plan.
