CITY OF PITTSVILLE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING *********** Wednesday, July 29, 2026 7:00 p.m. Council Chambers The City Council meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by Mayor Mark Darr Alderpersons present by roll call: Daniel Schooley, Casey Krohn, Bob Schooley, Brian Kissner, and Dennis Todd. Alderpersons absent: Michael Hobbs Also Present: Mark Darr, Mayor, Martha Schooley, and Kirsten Kissner The mayor led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Conflict of interest noted by Casey Krohn for resolution 2026-05. B. Schooley made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-05: Resolution of the common council of the City of Pittsville, Wisconsin, supporting the Community Development Investment (CDI) grant application of Crancity Corner to the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Second by B. Kissner. C. Krohn abstained from voting due to conflict of interest. Motion carried. Resolution Signed by Mayor and Deputy clerk. Motion by B. Kissner, second by D.
