Discussion and possible approval of minutes of Plan Commission Meeting of November 17th, 2025. Old Business 6. Update on Bayfield County Zoning Code Re-Write Process. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Bayfield Town Board related to request from Roger and Heather Branham to rezone a 38.9-acre parcel (Tax ID #5484) from Forestry (F-1) to Agricultural 1 (Ag-1) to allow for agricultural use and grazing of cattle on the property. (This request will be considered by the Bay- field County Planning and Zoning Committee at their December 18th meeting). New Business 8. Discussion and possible action on Bayfield County Zoning Department’s recommendation to change Town of Bayfield Future Land Use Map to reflect Tax ID #5484 as Ag-1, if needed. 9. Discussion and possible action on proposal by Town resident to designate Star Route Road an official “Rustic Road”. 10.
