Discussion and possible recommendation to Bayfield Town Board on a Class A Special Use Application from Khou Xiong, for an after-the-fact Short-Term Rental, on 7.27-acres zoned Ag-1, located at 33593 Star Route Road. 7. Update on status of Bayfield County Short-Term Rental Ordinance. 8. Update on information received from Kelly Westlund, Bayfield County Housing Educator-UW- Extension, related to preliminary proposal to consider developing new workforce housing in the Bayfield area and request for Plan Commission member/community input. NEW BUSINESS 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Bayfield Town Board on request from Tim and Kimberly Rinehart to vacate platted roadway near Lakeshore Drive. 9.
