SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF CAMERON Thursday, April 30, 2026 | 5:30 P.M. 300 N 1st Street, Cameron, WI 54822 Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call Meeting called to order by President Hulback at 5:32 P.M. Answering roll call were: Village President Russ Hulback and Trustees Dave Ebner, Randy Hill, Steve Johnson, Jessica Larson, Kathy Krug, and Denise Paddock. PUBLIC COMMENTS – None NEW BUSINESS Consider/Act on Appointing new Clerk - Treasurer as the new Senior Administrator for the Village of Cameron and to remove former Clerk - Treasurer as the Senior Administrator for online banking purposes. Motion by Trustee Paddock/Krug to Appoint Clerk-Treasurer Kristi Anderson as the new Senior Administrator for the Village of Cameron for all banking and online banking purposes. In same motion; remove former Clerk-Treasurer Laurie Nyhagen as the Senior Administrator from all Village of Cameron bank accounts. All aye.
