SPECIAL BOARD MEETING VILLAGE OF CAMERON Wednesday April 1, 2026 | 5:15 PM 300 N 1st Street, Cameron, WI 54822 The Personnel Committee will meet at the Cameron Village Hall, 300 N. 1st Street. The committee will decide on who is to fill the Clerk-Treasurer position. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/ Roll call Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm by President Russell Hulback, Trustees Jessica Larson, Kathy Krug, Randy Hill, Steve Johnson and Dave Ebner all present. Trustee Larson will abstain when voting for Clerk, she left the building. Village President is appointing Kristi Anderson for the Clerk Treasurer position; Trustees Johnson/Paddock motion to approve; All aye. None opposed 6-0 Trustee Larson made motion to make Laurie Nyhagen as Deputy Clerk-Treasurer and increase pay to $26 per hour and full time with benefits. Trustees Paddock/Hill to approve. All aye. None opposed 7-0 L Nyhagen to start full time on Monday April 6, 2026 Trustee Hill to make calls. Trustee Paddock motion to adjourn. President Hulback to second. Meeting over at 6:23pm
