January 26, 2026 Village of Cameron Special Board Meeting Minutes Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. Board Members present: Village President Russ Hulback and Trustees Dave Ebner, Randy Hill, Steve Johnson, Jessica Larson, Kathy Krug, and Denise Paddock Others present: Village Attorney Christopher Gierhart, Police Chief Anthony Engel, Utility Clerk Laurie Nyhagen, Barron County Deputy Jay Olson Motion to convene into closed session by Trustee Larson, second by Trustee Paddock. Roll call vote – all in favor. Discussion of closed session topic. Motion to reconvene into open session by Trustee Johnson, second by Trustee Krug. Roll call vote – all in favor. Motion by Trustee Johnson to direct Weld Riley to conduct investigation into allegations brought forth in closed session, second by Trustee Krug. All in favor. Motion by Trustee Paddock to adjourn, second by Trustee Larson. All in favor. Meeting adjourned 9:06 p.m.
