2026 CAUCUS VILLAGE OF CAMERON JANUARY 12, 2026 | 6:00 P.M. 300 N 1st Street, Cameron, WI 54822 CAUCUS AGENDA I. Call to order by the Village President II. Clerk confirms all present have signed the sign-in sheet III. Notices attested by Clerk IV. Village President nominates a Chairperson to run the Caucus (second required) V. Chairperson announces the method of nominating VI. Chairperson announces the method of breaking a tie No more than six nominations are allowed. If more than a total of six nominations received, the Electors will: a. Nominate two tellers to conduct a vote (motioned by Electors), b. Obtain vote from Electors by show of hands for each nominee (second required from Electors) c. The Tellers will announce the winners of the vote VII. Chairperson calls Electors for Nominations for Village Trustees, three (3) seats. VIII. Electors offer nominations by motion (a second is required by Electors IX. Chairperson announces name(s) to appear on the ballot for the April Election X. Electors offer motion to adjourn the Caucus (second required) *All candidates must see the clerk for paperwork, for receipt of Notification of Nomination
