PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance 2025-05 Creating Section 34-239 and 34-274 of the Cameron Code of Ordinances Relating to Zero-Lot-Line Duplexes Public Hearing: Tuesday October 28, 2025, 11:00 a.m. 300 N. 1ST Street, Cameron, WI 54822 The Plan Commission of the Village of Cameron will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Village Hall, 300 N. 1st Street, Cameron, WI 54822. The purpose of the hearing is to allow all interested parties to be heard concerning proposed amendments to the Village’s Zoning Ordinance. The amendments create Sections 34-239 and 34-274 of the Village Code of Ordinances to permit zero-lot line duplexes in the two-family residential district (R-2) and multifamily residential district (R-3), subject to conditions as described therein. All interested parties are invited to attend. Written comments can also be submitted to the Village Clerk-Treasurer until 11:00 a.m. the day of the hearing.
