MINUTES JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING VILLAGE OF CAMERON September 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Cameron Village Hall, located at 300 N. 1st Street, Cameron, WI. 1. Call to order; Russell Hulback, Village President called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Present were Audrey Kusilek, Representing Barron County; Joe Leschisin, Superintendent of School District of Cameron; Russell Hulback, Village President, Village of Cameron; Sara N ick via Phone Conference Call, Representing Northwoods Technical College. Also present were Josh Low, Ehlers as well as another Ehlers Employee, and Ardith Story, Clerk -Treasurer. Absent: JoAnn Trowbridge, Representing as a Citizen for the Village of Cameron. 2. Appointments (as needed): a. Public member – JoAnn Trowbridge: Absent; b. Chairperson – Audry nominated Russell Hulback to Chair. Seconded by Joe Leschisin. All aye. None opposed. Motion carried. 3. Review Annual PE -300 Reports and the performance and status of the Village’s active Tax Incremental Districts as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f); Josh Low, Ehlers presented the packet material surrounding the TID. 4. Approve “Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Report and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement”; Audry moved to approve the Resolution 2025 -13 JRB-Resolution acknowledging filing of annual report and compliance with annual meeting requirements.
