Call Meeting to Order Public Comment Approve September 1, 2026, Finance Committee meeting minutes Review of monthly financial reports Discussion and possible action relating to potential use of Affordable Housing Fund. Discussion and possible action relating to computer replacement funding strategy. Discussion and possible action relating to the adoption of 2027 salary matrix reflecting 3.3% CPI adjustment. Discussion and possible action relating to consolidation of two utility positions on salary matrix. Discussion and possible action relating to licensing and enforcement of trademarked city logo. Consider moving into closed session per WI Stat 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and WI Stat 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to discuss the following: Employee compensation PD Memorandum of Understanding regarding rehire Intergovernmental collaborative effort Sales of lot in TID #9 Reconvene into open session to take any action as may be necessary or appropriate arising out of closed session.
