Special Utility Committee Agenda There will be a special meeting of the City of Cumberland Utility Committee on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cumberland City Hall, 950 1st Ave., Cumberland, WI 54829. 1. Call to Order 2. Resolution 2026-09-8U A Resolution Declaring a Public Emergency Regarding A Sewer Line Failure and Authorizing Emergency Repair and Reconstruction 3. Consider moving into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. a. Employee wages and compensation 4. Reconvene into open session to take any action as may be necessary or appropriate arising out of closed session 5. Motion to adjourn Randall D. Reeg, City Administrator Some or all the Committee Members may attend telephonically. Persons attending the meeting at the City Hall may be able to listen to the meeting, unless the meeting is moved to Closed Session, per Wisconsin Statutes. It is possible that a quorum of the Common Council may attend this meeting. This Constitutes a meeting of the Common Council and must be noticed as such, although the common council will not take any formal actions at this meeting.
