City of Cumberland Parks and Rec Committee Meeting Minutes Parks and Rec Committee meeting, Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the City Hall. The members present were Michael Cifaldi, Jim Anderson and Steve Anderson. Also, present was Arlene Frisinger, Mayor Shoemaker, Devon Fredrickson, Randy Reeg and other citizens. Absent: Jim Schullo A motion was made by S. Anderson, seconded by J. Anderson, to approve June 23, 2026, Parks & Rec Committee meeting minutes. Motion carried. Presentation was given by Tyler Genetempo regarding the donation of a bike repair station at the Tourist Park. A motion was made by J. Anderson, seconded by S. Anderson, to recommend to council the approval of a donation from CATA for a bike repair rack with the installation of electric service and the city will cover the cost of the electricity for the Kiosk. Motion carried. A motion was made by S. Anderson, seconded by J. Anderson, to grant permission to CATA to mark the desired route of a walking trail from Berdan St to the railroad bed and begin the prep work. Motion carried. Discussion regarding adding flowers to the downtown in 2027. No action was taken. Eagle Point Rules A motion was made by J. Anderson, seconded by S. Anderson, to limit 2 camping units per site and no more than 1 RV per site. Motion carried. A motion was made by J. Anderson, seconded by S. Anderson, to make the inner loop only for campers and their guests. Motion carried. A motion was made by S. Anderson, seconded by J.
